The room was wonderful - just what you would hope for in a B&B. Sandy, the Inn Keeper, was like a genie in a bottle - there with suggestions if you asked and coupons. Breakfast was so much fun, meeting and chatting with people from everywhere! ! Amazing B&B. Easy check-in using lock box. Classic Old Key West building. Loved the balcony enjoying the cool evening breeze. Easy walking distance to attractions. Free street parking. Nice pool. Quiet neighborhood, yet close to all the action. No surprises. Super extra clean facility.
Felt looked after, no complaints whatsoever.

Huge and immaculate rooms, everything was good.
Ideal location just 5 minutes walk from South Beach. We were impressed by comfortable design rooms with comfortable furniture and books, for example. Nice building, attentive and efficient staff.

The location of the hotel was great, being near the harbor and in a good neighborhood. We were able to easily walk to several places to eat and it was convenient for exploring the city. The staff were friendly and the on-site staff were helpful in check-in. The room was clean and had adorable furnishings, with a small fridge and a door leading out to a shared porch. The breakfast served at the pool area was delicious, with different options each morning.
The bathroom in the room was small and cramped, with a plywood-enclosed shower and a cheap curtain that blew in.

I stayed at this hotel for a couple of nights while on a motorcycle trip. Sandy, the innkeeper, left me a detailed voicemail with instructions for check-in. The room was clean and comfortable, with a reasonable price. Breakfast by the pool was peaceful and there were plenty of options. Sandy was helpful and even had a coupon for me. The pool was inviting and my daughter loved it. The bed was comfortable and the location was perfect.
Would definitely recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was excellent, with fresh pool towels provided every day. The hotel facilities, including the pool and grill, were perfect and well-maintained. The location was ideal, as it was within walking distance of all the attractions in old town. We didn't have any trouble with transportation, as taxis were easily accessible, and we even found free parking nearby for one of the nights. The staff was extremely helpful and made our stay even more enjoyable.
Nothing to fault.

The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure all our needs were met. The location of the hotel was also great, with easy access to key attractions and amenities. Additionally, the breakfast served each morning was delicious and provided a good start to the day.
One downside was that the hotel did not provide any toiletries except basic soap. It would have been nice to have shampoo and lotion provided.
